This notice explains how MARKEVIO LTD handles personal data connected to this site. The controller is a UK company. The framework is the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we receive
The site has no accounts. The contact form does not post to a Markevio server. It opens a message in your own email app. We only receive the data if you send that email, into contact@markevio-marketing.com.

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. The host may keep technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) to run and secure the service. Netlify sets the retention of those logs.
Why, and on what basis
- To answer a contact request and, if it goes further, to prepare a commercial conversation. Basis: steps you ask us to take before a contract (UK GDPR article 6(1)(b)).
- To keep correspondence that becomes a client file, and records the law requires if a contract is signed. Basis: legal obligation, or legitimate interest in keeping a file.
- To remember your cookie choice on your device. Basis: legitimate interest in not asking on every page. See the cookie policy.
We do not sell data, we do not use it for behavioural advertising, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
Who sees it
People at the company who handle enquiries, and the email provider used for contact@markevio-marketing.com once you send the message. The site itself does not transfer the form anywhere.
How long
- An enquiry that does not become work: up to 24 months after the last exchange, then deletion or anonymisation.
- A signed engagement: for the relationship, then the UK accounting and tax retention periods.
- Cookie choice: six months on your device, or until you clear it.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where it applies, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw a consent without retroactive effect, where consent was the basis.
Write to contact@markevio-marketing.com. We answer within one month, extendable in the cases the UK GDPR allows.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF, United Kingdom, ico.org.uk. If you are in France, you may also contact the CNIL, cnil.fr.
Who the site is for
The site is aimed at professionals. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek their data.
Updates
This page will change if the site starts storing forms on a server, or if a measurement tool is added. The date at the top is the one that counts.
